𝐊rissie is a feminine name that acts as a shorter, sweeter, & is often used as an affectionate or friendly version of Christina. Coming from the Latin name Christiana or the Latin word Christianus, meaning a dedicated follower of Christ.

𝐊reates (creates) means to make or bring something into existence. 𝐊rissie 𝐊reates truly believes it is important to bring your dream & vision to life because you are created with a purpose.

At this time, 𝐊rissie 𝐊reates is only shipping orders within the U.S.

Our goal is to become available in additional countries in the near future.

Make sure to sign-up for our emails to be notified when we becomes available to you.

 

Shipping Info & Delivery Costs:

𝐊rissie 𝐊reates ships via UPS, USPS, & FedEx.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.00.

We offer a flat-rate shipping of $10.00 for all other orders.

Shipment will take about 2-8 business days for delivery depending on your location within the U.S.

We are not responsible for any order delays after your package leaves our office, please contact carrier provided to you in your shipment email. 

 

Order Processing Time: 

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Please note, we do not process orders on Sunday or Holidays.

You will receive an email regarding your order once payment is submitted.

You will receive a second email once your order is shipped, tracking number included.

We will notify you if your order needs more than 3 business days to process, this is mainly for orders containing personalized products.

 

Order Modification:

We will do our best to make any changes to your order while your order is still processing.

Once your item(s) has shipped, we can not make any changes to your order or shipping address.

We are not responsible for any address errors, so please make sure to look over your information before placing your order.

Exchanging Items:

Customer will have to follow the return method for the unwanted item, then place a brand new order for the new item.

Return Policy:

𝐊rissie 𝐊reates have a 14-days return policy, which means you have up to 2-weeks after receiving your order(s) to request a return.

We do not accept returns on accessories; jewelry, handbags, books, gift-bags, gift-cards, etc. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, unwashed, & in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a shipping & handling fee of $12.00 for all returns, this will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds Info:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment method.

Unfortunately, we can not accept a different card or other refund methods. 

Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days has passed since we approved your return and no refund is appearing in your bank, please contact us at krissiekreates@gmail.com for further assistance.

Order Issues:

If you have received an item with any problems; wrong item, size, or defects, please contact us via email at krissiekreates@gmail.com for assistance as soon as possible.

If item is damage or defected you must include a photo with your email.

𝐊rissie 𝐊reates will take full responsibility if your item qualified for a replacement or return, we will email you a return ship-back label.

 

Lost Packages:

𝐊rissie 𝐊reates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are ship out from our office.

Customer must contact carrier for lost packages. To avoid packages from being stolen, please schedule a time for your package to be deliver or pickup with your local carrier.
